I made my father a syrup once and because he is fairly "hot bloodied", the ginger in that syrup gave him night sweats, so he stopped taking it. (He'd only had two tsps!). Let us known how you get on.Sarah Headhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08975928642943693605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3765060233389739578.post-61778244735511561912013-11-21T08:23:40.070-08:002013-11-21T08:23:40.070-08:00The syrup is ready to poor into my bottles. I'd normally do a handful of each or you can make it with 40g (total) dried herb to 1litre of water and then evaporate the liquid.Sarah Headhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08975928642943693605noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3765060233389739578.post-53080131266858186632013-11-11T09:16:12.444-08:002013-11-11T09:16:12.444-08:00Sarah, for the cough syrup, is it a handful each o...Sarah, for the cough syrup, is it a handful each of horehound, marshmallow, sage and thyme ? or is it a handful all together?

Thanks,
RitaRita Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05523858069296030216noreply@blogger.com
